Shipping Methods & Delivery Times
We offer two shipping options to accommodate your needs:
- Standard Shipping ($12.95): Shipped via DHL or FedEx with delivery in 10-15 business days after dispatch
- Free Shipping: Available on orders over $50, shipped via EMS with delivery in 15-25 business days after dispatch
Please note: We currently ship worldwide except to certain Asian countries and remote areas. Delivery times may vary depending on your location and customs processing.
Returns & Exchanges
We want you to love your vintage-modern fashion pieces as much as we do. If you’re not completely satisfied, we offer returns or exchanges within 15 days of receiving your order.
Eligibility Requirements
To qualify for a return or exchange:
- Item must be unused, unworn, and in original condition with all tags attached
- Item must be in its original packaging
- Return must be initiated within 15 days of receiving your order
Non-Returnable Items
For hygiene reasons, we cannot accept returns or exchanges on:
- Underwear & Nightwear
- Swimwear (unless faulty)
All jewelry and watches must be returned in their original protective packaging.

Return Shipping
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is faulty or incorrect. We recommend using a trackable shipping service as we cannot be responsible for items lost in transit.
Refund Process
Once your return is received and inspected (typically within 3-5 business days):
- Refunds: Issued to your original payment method within 7-10 business days after approval
- Exchanges: Processed after we receive your return. The new item will ship according to your selected shipping method
Important: Original shipping fees are non-refundable. International customers may be subject to non-refundable customs duties.
