Eligibility for Returns & Exchanges
To be eligible for a return or exchange:
- Item must be unused, unworn, and in its original condition with all tags attached
- Item must be in its original packaging
- You must initiate your return within 15 days of receiving your order
Please note: For hygiene reasons, we cannot accept returns or exchanges on underwear, nightwear, and swimwear unless the items are faulty. All jewelry and watches must be returned in their original protective packaging.
How to Initiate a Return or Exchange
Follow these simple steps to process your return or exchange:

- Include your order number and details about the item(s) you wish to return or exchange
- Our team will provide you with a Return Authorization Number and shipping instructions
- Pack your return securely in the original packaging, including all tags and labels
- Ship your return to our warehouse at the address provided (return shipping is at your expense)
Return Shipping
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is faulty or incorrect. We recommend using a trackable shipping service as we cannot be responsible for items lost in transit.

Refund Process
Once your return is received and inspected (typically within 3-5 business days of arrival at our warehouse), we will process your refund or exchange:
- Refunds: Will be issued to your original payment method within 7-10 business days after approval
- Exchanges: Will be processed once we receive your return. The new item will be shipped according to your selected shipping method
Please note that original shipping fees are non-refundable, and international customers may be subject to customs duties that are non-refundable.
Damaged or Incorrect Items
If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please contact us immediately at [email protected] with photos of the issue. We’ll arrange for a free return and expedite your replacement or refund.
